Super Model Bel

I have added a Super Model Glitter Stars Bel doll to my collection. The articulation of this doll is what caught my attention.  Here she is in the box.
She did not stay boxed for long.
I love the fact that she has articulation at her ankles, so she can wear flat or heeled shoes.  I also love that she can stand on her own, even in heels.
As you can see, Bel has a large head.  Here she is with some new friends who also have heads that are on the large side.
And here she is with some big headed guys.

I'll post more details later.  Sooooo, who can guess what's about to happen next?

  1. She's really cute! Hmm...well, it would depend on how many of her you purchased but my guess would be an attempted head swap? :) That's what I'd probably do anyway, since I don't collect the large head dolls. Are here wrists articulate too? What's the price point, if you don't mind me asking and is she the only AA doll of the collection?

    Really cute girl.

    1. Thank you Tracy India! I only purchased 1, but I would have purchased more than that if I had known that I would like her so much. Yes, I had a head swap in mind when I purchased this doll. :) She has articulation at the wrist. She is the only Black doll in the collection. The doll itself was inexpensive at EUR 7.70 ($10.06), but the shipping was expensive.

    1. Thank you, The Grandmommy! I agree, her head had to go (it's gone now). I really wanted this doll for the articulation.

  4. She's cute. I just saw the head swap post as one of the blogs I need to read on the Blogger Dashboard. I love Bel's articulation. I would love for her to be available here in the states!

  5. I'm glad I found this comparison - Bel looks like she might be perfect for an old '80s Barbie head I'm trying to rebody. From your photos it looks like Bel's skin tone is slightly lighter than Clawd's, right? If she's about Clawdeen's skin tone I'm buying one right now!

    1. Hi Anderson's All-Purpose, both Clawd and Clawdeen are a little lighter than Bel. Good luck with your rebody (I would like to see it)!

    2. Hi again, thanks for clarifying! Funny, I was so sure Bel was the lighter one... Hmmm, difficult decisions indeed. But no matter which body I end up using, I'll make sure to show off the result. :D
