If you read my last post and you guessed that I would be doing a head swap with Bel, you were right. Give yourself 50 bonus points if you guessed that Calista would be the recipient of Bel's body.
Calista is happy to be able to pose, without the big clown feet. She has a long neck now, though, so I see a lot of high collars in this young lady's future.
Here are Bel, Calista, and Sasha. Bel is on Calista's old body, and Sasha is thrilled to have her original body back.
In my next post, I will show you just how posable Bel's body is.
Hello from Spain: I'm looking forward to seeing the end result. You will do a good job. Keep in touch
ReplyDeleteThank you, Marta!
DeleteCongratulations on Calista's successful surgery! Please tell us where you found Bel. I recognize the company but don't know where this doll might be available in Atlanta.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Limbe Dolls! I found Bel on eBay and she was shipped from overseas. I have not seen any US sellers that carry her.
DeleteCalista looks good in her new body.
ReplyDeleteThank you, MDW!
DeleteCalista looks great. Bel... well... she looks a little stumpy. But I'm sure she didn't mind being a body donor at all. I am looking forward to seeing Calista's new pose-ability.

Thanks Debbie! Yeah, Bel doesn't look quite right. I'll probably take her to work with me so that she can hang out on my desk (AKA the Isle of Misfit Dolls). Then again, I may leave this one at home...
DeleteCalista looks all grown up now. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Georgia Girl! I didn't want Calista to grow up TOO much. :(
DeleteThis looks like a very successful head swap with a good colour match between body and head. Congratulations. I'm looking forward to seeing the posing shots.
ReplyDeleteThanks Carrickters!
DeleteCongratulations on the successful re-bodying exercise. Glad that Calista has a nicer body ;-)
ReplyDeleteThank you, D7ana! It's much more fun to pose Calista now.
