I am learning a new software program, and in the process I have created some new videos. Some of them were much easier, some not so much. My Articulated Dolls and Action Figures Comparisons video below was truly a labor of love. While it did not take me an entire day, it took me several hours. And when I think about the hours that went into posing the dolls and taking the photos, well, like I said it's been a labor of love. I hope that you enjoy, and if you do please click "like" and subscribe to my YouTube channel.
I also created a video review for my Prettie Girls Lena doll.
And I created a video for my Monster High Wolf family dolls (Clawdeen, Clawd, Howleen, and Clawdia).
These were fun! I made it a goal to create 10 new videos this summer. I've created 5, and I want to make 5 more this month. And I want to make at least 1 video per month for the rest of the year. Also I want to create at least 1 video using a different video editing software program than the 2 I've already used. Let's see how it goes!
They all look great. I not a MH fan but I like the Wolf Family alot.
ReplyDeleteThanks Brini! I'm not a huge Monster High fan, but I do like Clawdia a lot. I like having the family all together. :)
DeleteI liked them all and subscribed!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Muff!
DeleteHi Roxanne,
ReplyDeleteGood to see more doll bloggers making videos. I really enjoyed the music you chose for all three. You chose text colors that were readable over the background but it also helps to read the text aloud when you are editing to make sure it stays on screen long enough for viewers to read it all. Yes, making video is extremely labor intensive. I think you should credit the last one as at least 3 videos. In the You Tube environment people usually consume video in short segments. If you're looking to build your audience, posting that piece as 3 segments would allow the suspense to build and generate more interest in the final outcome.
Bravo! You are inspiring me to work harder on videos when I get back to the States (10 days and counting!).
Hi limbe dolls! Thanks for the advice. It makes sense to make sure that the text is on the screen long enough, and to keep the video length shorter (and build suspense). I look forward to seeing more of your videos when you're back!
DeleteGreat job on the videos Roxanne! I collect the Wolf family as well and really enjoyed seeing them all together as mine are still in boxes. I agree with limbe dolls, the music selection was great! I look forward to seeing more. : )
ReplyDeleteThank you Georgia Girl!
