Calista’s Diary Entry – Nightmare

Dear Diary,

Last night I had a nightmare that I was replaced. I mean, it was me - looked just like me and everything, but it wasn't ME. My replacement fooled everyone. NOBODY could tell the difference, not even my mom and dad! She was convincing. She knew everything that I know. But she was just too perfect! She didn't even have any scars, as if she had never even lived before. It was just like the movie Invasion of the Body Snatchers. That dream gave me a very uneasy feeling and I haven't been able to shake it all day. **shudders**

  2. Thanks Debbie. Yes, I plan to free Calista #2 eventually, and use #1 for anything involving swimming, hair styling, traveling, going outdoors, etc. Traveling in my purse was more damaging to my Calista than I thought it would be. :( She's still in pretty good shape though so hopefully she'll be around for a while.

  10. Thanks Dana! It's a good thing for Calista that it was only a dream! Or was it? [Scary music]

  11. Alrunia, I read Calista's diary entries in one sitting too! It was the best way to do it! I did them all up to the dance with Bob! Then there was the dance! OMG! All I can say is RoxanneRoxanne, it was like I was there, it was soo emotional and I'm not a softy.

  12. Poor Calista. :)
It's a pity we don't have the swimsuit versions in our stores. They should be not so expansive and besides I like the fact that Aliesha and Noelle are sold separately.

  13. Ms. Leo thank you! Comments like these encourage me to keep going. :)

Dukasha, yes I think the swimsuit versions are supposed to be "basic" and not cost as much money. The big BFC dolls now have a boy to play with! I hope that they make a boy (a Black boy) for the small dolls also!

  14. Yes, I know that big BFC dolls got new characters. A black boy would be something fantastic, but I want the new caucasian boy and the new asian girl to be small also. I like all 1:6 teens and besides any boys of that size and any asian doll kids and teens are rare. I like to make doll families and my adult asian dolls want to have kids. I have Kenzie, Kelly's asian friend, and think about asian OHC dols, but BFC asian doll would be better.

  15. I do remember seeing the Asian BFC girl in the stores and wishing that they would make her in the smaller size. If they made an Asian BFC boy in the smaller size, I would buy him. My wish list goes on and on. :)

  16. Asian boy... I wonder if it is possible at all that somebody makes an asian boy 1:6. There are asian adults, male and female, there are asian girls, though many of them don't really look asian, but I never heard of any asian boys. It seems that asian male characters are born as adults and don't have any childhood. :) Well, there are brunet babies and toddlers in some sets with Barbie and maybe they are supposed to be asian but it's absolutely not what I want.

  17. Yes, it is possible - and it is a reality. :) DiD made an Asian boy action figure, and I want him! He is a pre-teen or young teen. There are pictures at this link: http://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2008/02/16th-cj7-figures-and-plush-aliens-by.html
